2011 Montreal Open Chess Championships

A nice photo sent by Mr. Don in Montreal - it's WGM Alina L'Ami and two fans (?) at the Championnat (I don't have their names and I don't know if they are participants - they look like they're wearing school uniforms of some sort, sorry).

Final tally on registraton:  235 players per an email from Mr. Don. 

Link to blog entries and a video - just checked and its through Round 3.  Rounds 4 and 5 will be held today.  A tough schedule.
You can find Group A standings here - L'Ami is confirmed in first place after the R3 with 3.0, ahead of two other players also with 3.0 on the basis of tie-breaks.  Excellent!
